Regional Emergency Solutions Specialist

About the role

The Global Emergency Solutions Specialist will manage and coordinate urgent cargo transportation across a wide range of commodities, primarily using airfreight. The role focuses on time‑critical solutions such as Next Flight Out (NFO), On Board Courier (OBC) and Small Charter (SCH) for customers throughout the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored transportation solutions based on customer requirements and ensure seamless execution from booking to final delivery.
• Quote, pick up, and deliver shipments while maintaining strict adherence to timelines and client specifications.
• Track active shipments in real time, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to guarantee safe, on‑time delivery.
• Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documents, including airway bills and customer‑provided paperwork.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and collaborate closely with EU and overseas branches.

Required profile

• Highly skilled and experienced in airfreight operations.
• Valid airworthiness certification for the relevant country or eligibility to obtain one (e.g., ZÜP in Germany).
• Strong understanding of logistics, pricing structures, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, writing, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
