Regional Supply Chain Planning Director EMEA

About the role

FMC Agricultural Solutions is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Planning Director for the EMEA region, based in Geneva. You will lead a team of planning professionals responsible for demand, supply, and inventory planning across manufacturing sites and distribution centers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead demand and supply planning, replenishment, and inventory management to ensure optimal product availability and customer service.
• Develop and continuously improve the regional S&OP process, integrating demand, supply, inventory, financial, and commercial plans.
• Drive root‑cause analysis of variances, implement corrective actions, and communicate decisions across the organization.
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to align business objectives and resolve issues.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the planning team to build a high‑performing organization supporting long‑term growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a scientific discipline, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or materials management, with proven leadership of teams.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, able to engage senior leaders and drive alignment.
• Strong critical‑thinking and decision‑making abilities, with a focus on accountability and results.
