Relationship Manager - External Asset Managers (EAM)

About the role

Swissquote is looking for a Relationship Manager to lead its External Asset Manager (EAM) business line. You will be the primary contact for EAM clients, delivering high‑level service, uncovering growth opportunities, and coordinating internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage and develop a portfolio of EAM clients, acting as the main point of contact for day‑to‑day matters.
• Build strong, sustainable relationships with external asset managers and key decision makers.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through additional assets, trading activity, products and services.
• Coordinate client onboarding, account openings and lifecycle activities with Support, BRM, Compliance and other stakeholders.
• Prepare pricing proposals, special conditions and commercial offers within the approved framework.
• Monitor business contribution, conduct regular client meetings, and ensure proper documentation of follow‑up actions.
• Proactively identify and escalate client, operational, financial or reputational risks.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in relationship management, client advisory or a comparable role within banking or financial services.
• Good understanding of the external asset manager/independent wealth management environment.
• Knowledge of securities, trading, custody, FX and institutional banking services.
• Strong client orientation combined with a commercial mindset.
• Fluent French (native‑level) and professional working proficiency in English; German is a strong advantage.
