Relationship Manager

About the role

Asset Street, a FINMA‑licensed independent asset manager based in Geneva, is seeking a Relationship Manager to expand its high‑net‑worth client base. The role offers high autonomy, the ability to serve clients worldwide and direct alignment of compensation with performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and develop relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals, family offices or institutional investors.
• Generate net new assets and grow assets under management through proactive portfolio expansion.
• Provide end‑to‑end client service, from prospecting and onboarding to long‑term relationship management.
• Deliver tailored asset allocation advice and recommend private‑market, off‑market and alternative investment solutions.
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews, monitor performance and ensure compliance with AML/KYC and FINMA regulations.
• Collaborate closely with investment managers and product specialists to align solutions with client objectives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance or a related field; CFA and/or MBA considered strong assets.
• Minimum five years of experience managing HNW/UHNW client relationships in a bank or asset‑management environment.
• Established, portable network of affluent clients; geographic location is flexible.
• Strong investment knowledge, financial‑statement analysis ability and competence across multiple asset classes.
• Solid understanding of Swiss (FINMA) regulatory and cross‑border compliance requirements.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
