Relationship Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to nurture and expand client relationships while supporting business growth in the digital asset space. The role covers end‑to‑end client interactions, from onboarding through ongoing service delivery, with a strong focus on compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and grow a portfolio of existing clients through proactive relationship management, regular engagement and upselling of banking, investment and digital‑asset solutions.
• Build a deep understanding of complex corporate structures and documentation requirements, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient onboarding and account management.
• Handle all aspects of client relationship management from administrative, commercial to regulatory.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to convert qualified prospects into long‑term client relationships and support seamless handover into managed portfolios.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, risk management standards and compliance procedures.

Required profile

• Fluency in English; German is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, corporate banking or financial services.
• Established network within family offices, hedge funds, and digital‑asset or crypto‑native businesses is a strong advantage.
• Passion for financial and crypto products and a desire to stay up‑to‑date with industry developments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in financial services.
