Relationship Manager – Wealth Management (Near East)

About the role

UBS is seeking a senior Relationship Manager to lead its Wealth Management activities for high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients across the Near East, with a primary focus on Lebanon. The role combines client acquisition, advisory, and portfolio oversight within a collaborative Geneva‑based team.

Key responsibilities

• Build, develop and grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients in Lebanon and the broader Near East region.
• Leverage an established personal network to acquire new clients and increase market share.
• Deliver holistic, high‑quality investment advice in partnership with investment specialists and product partners.
• Define and execute a structured client development plan with clear revenue and net new money (NNM) targets.
• Maintain deep knowledge of client profiles, investment suitability, and portfolio performance.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a strong risk culture.

Required profile

• 20+ years of experience in wealth management with a proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Extensive professional experience in Lebanon and an active network of HNW/UHNW clients and intermediaries.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and develop business in the Near East region.
• Strong advisory experience with sophisticated clients and complex investment needs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on long‑term relationship building.
• Fluent in Arabic, French and English.
