Research Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

Sommer Consulting is looking for a Research Recruiting Coordinator to join the Insighters® team. In this fully remote position you will source, screen, and schedule healthcare professionals and other participants for paid market‑research interviews and surveys.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact physicians, PAs, NPs, nurses, and other stakeholders across multiple specialties.
• Manage outreach through internal campaigns, outbound lists, referrals, and community outreach.
• Screen participants for study eligibility and schedule paid interviews or surveys.
• Prepare participants for their sessions and resolve any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records in the proprietary Insighters database.
• Collaborate with marketing specialists on campaign efforts and provide regular recruitment updates.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare‑facing role such as recruitment, sales, or office administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, flexible attitude.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a 100 % remote environment (8 am‑5 pm ET).
• Comfort with cold‑calling and creative outreach strategies.
