Reservations Agent – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Reservations Agent to join our team at Baur au Lac, a historic luxury hotel. The role is full‑time and involves handling guest reservations with the highest level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email and online platforms.
• Enter and confirm bookings in the property management system, ensuring accuracy of dates, rates and guest preferences.
• Coordinate with front‑office, housekeeping and revenue teams to optimise room allocation.
• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, rates and special offers.
• Handle modifications, cancellations and special requests while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Team player who can collaborate across departments.
