About the role

The Bracelet Workshop Manager will lead the Bracelet 1 workshop, overseeing satinage and polishing operations within Patek Philippe's Habillement Division. Reporting to the division, the role ensures production targets are met while maintaining the brand's high standards and fostering a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guide, motivate and develop a team of finishers to achieve productivity and deadline goals.
• Coordinate training and promote multi‑skill development within the workshop.
• Analyze operational processes, implement corrective actions to improve quality, reduce waste and optimise cycle times.
• Ensure adherence to the production plan and strict application of Patek Philippe standards.
• Collaborate with Bracelet 2, component manufacturing, other workshops and support services to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Technical diploma (Technicien ES or equivalent) with 5‑8 years of similar experience.
• Knowledge of satinage and polishing techniques; machining knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in production management and Lean tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Strong communication skills, decision‑making ability and analytical mindset.
