About the role

The NENI restaurant at 25hours Langstrasse offers a vibrant oriental‑Mediterranean cuisine in a casual, personal service style. As a Restaurant Supervisor you will work a 4‑day week, enjoying three days off and flexible scheduling while contributing to an exciting service team.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth morning service by keeping tables and workstations clean and ready for guests.
• Lead the team in the absence of supervisors, maintaining high food standards and delivering a special service experience.
• Coordinate with colleagues to handle peak guest arrivals efficiently.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training in the catering industry.
• Fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven management experience in a similar restaurant role.
• Passion for good food, ability to inspire both guests and colleagues, and a proactive, honest attitude.
