Retail Sales Specialist (Bilingual French/English)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Specialist to join our boutique in Geneva. The role involves greeting and advising customers in both French and English, promoting our premium cigar selection and providing a high‑end retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer queries and provide personalized product recommendations in French and English.
• Drive sales of cigars and accessories, actively promoting new arrivals and special offers.
• Support daily store operations: monitor stock levels, restock shelves and update inventory records using Excel.
• Assist with light store upkeep, including small‑hand tasks, assembling displays and basic tool use.
• Adapt to varying daily needs, ensuring smooth teamwork and excellent customer service.

Required profile

• No prior cigar knowledge required – full training will be provided.
• Strong commercial instinct and a genuine ease in interacting with customers.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently as well as within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software, especially Excel.
