About the role
The Store Manager will lead Maje’s concession inside Globus Zurich, overseeing both commercial performance and daily operations. You will coach a small team, ensure visual merchandising standards, and drive an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the store’s commercial results, inventory and operational processes.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of sales associates.
- Maintain visual merchandising guidelines and store presentation.
- Analyze sales data and implement action plans to meet targets.
Required profile
- Strong leadership with a focus on team coaching and development.
- Passion for fashion and retail, aligned with Maje’s values of kindness, liberty, creativity, generosity and family.
Required skills
- Ability to analyse business performance and devise corrective actions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
