About the role

As a Rotating Equipment Engineer – Operations you will provide technical expertise to offshore teams and support multiple departments in delivering reliable, efficient equipment performance. You will drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, align technical activities with strategic goals, and ensure smooth execution of maintenance and repair scopes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for defining maintenance scopes, parts, and tool requirements.
• Develop actionable plans and advise management on technical decisions to enhance operability and revenue.
• Prepare Technical Notes, Guidelines, and risk assessments as a recognized technical expert.
• Support regulatory, internal, and client audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage inventory of parts and tools, guaranteeing availability for operations.
• Assist in start‑up and shut‑down procedures, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
• Contribute to root‑cause analyses and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Engineering background with experience in offshore rotating equipment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess technical risks.
• Proven ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and support audits.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing technical documentation.
