Sales Advisor

About the role

As a Sales Advisor at BOGGI Milano’s Geneva boutique, you will act as the brand’s ambassador, delivering a personalized and memorable shopping experience both in‑store and online. You will help strengthen the brand image while contributing to sales targets through attentive service and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, promoting the brand, products and loyalty programmes.
• Identify client needs, present collections passionately and guide customers to the best choices.
• Develop long‑term relationships to foster trust and repeat business.
• Drive omnichannel sales such as Click&Collect, Seek&Send and in‑store tablet transactions.
• Support individual and team sales objectives and meet performance targets.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally alongside the Store Manager.
• Maintain store visual standards and back‑of‑house organization in line with brand guidelines.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory flows and other operational tasks.

Required profile

• Strong passion for fashion and high‑level customer service.
• Elegant, empathetic and relational communication style.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Positive, collaborative team mindset.
• Previous experience in fashion, luxury or premium retail is a plus.
