About the role
Carhartt WIP, part of the family-owned WIP Trading AG group, is looking for a full-time Sales Assistant for its store in Zurich. The brand builds its own collections based on workwear originals and wants someone who can deliver excellent customer service and drive sales.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting
- Drive sales so that targets are achieved
- Process sales transactions
- Replenish stock and maintain the day-to-day standards of visual displays
- Ensure all operational store policies and procedures are followed
- Develop your product knowledge
Required profile
- Experience in retail or customer service
- Confident and outgoing, with effective selling skills
- Fluent German; English is advantageous
- Good communication skills in German, English and French are advantageous
