Sales Associate – Luxury Boutique

About the role

The Sales Associate will expand the boutique’s domestic client base by leveraging personal networks and business introducers. Working both inside and outside the boutique, the role focuses on attracting, recruiting, and converting high‑net‑worth prospects using digital and physical tools.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales turnover in line with Roger Dubuis commercial strategy.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences that exceed expectations.
• Welcome and serve clients in‑store, by phone, and via email following brand standards.
• Collect and maintain high‑quality client data to enrich the boutique’s portfolio.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Roger Dubuis inside and outside the boutique.
• Develop customer loyalty through superior service and personalized treatment.
• Support marketing events and assist with boutique operations, including inventory counts, restocking, and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with team members and assist colleagues during sales processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field.
• Extensive client book and experience working with ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals in Geneva.
• Willingness to attend luxury events, network, and generate leads outside the boutique.
• Elegant, confident, empathetic, entrepreneurial, and a strong team player.
• Excellent command of French and English.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
