Sales Associate – Luxury Jewelry Boutique

About the role

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join its boutique team in Switzerland. You will be the primary point of contact for both international and local clients, delivering the brand’s renowned level of service and craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the Maison, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Promote the brand’s image internally and externally, embodying its refinement, elegance, and innovation.
• Demonstrate commercial acumen by identifying and developing new client opportunities.
• Provide a unique, personalized experience that meets the needs and expectations of loyal customers.
• Collaborate with the boutique team to ensure a seamless, client‑focused environment.

Required profile

• Dynamic, flexible, communicative, and a good listener.
• Passionate about jewelry, the Maison’s universe, and artistic craftsmanship.
• Comfortable working in a boutique sales setting with an international clientele.
• Fluent in French and English; Russian is a plus.
• Preliminary experience in sales and the luxury industry.
