About the role
The Client Advisor represents Brunello Cucinelli’s philosophy directly to customers, guiding them through the collection from creation to final presentation. This position requires a polished personal appearance, courteous service, and the ability to convey the brand’s casual‑elegant luxury.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized sales assistance, helping clients select and try on items while maintaining the brand’s high standards of service.
- Maintain visual merchandising, including daily store displays and periodic window dressings.
- Manage inventory and warehouse administration to ensure product availability and accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and team members to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Stay up‑to‑date with seasonal product knowledge, aesthetics, and brand philosophy.
Required profile
- Fluent in French, English and Russian.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Professional appearance and a polite, helpful disposition.
- Ability to work with an international clientele and stay informed on fashion trends.
