Sales Executive – Business Development (Switzerland)

About the role

Mirabaud Asset Management is expanding its Swiss distribution team and seeks two commercially driven Sales Executives to accelerate business development across German‑speaking Switzerland and Romandie. The role focuses on new‑business generation, client acquisition and net new asset growth within the wholesale channel.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, generate and convert new business opportunities within the defined Swiss target universe.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, independent asset managers, family offices, platforms and other distribution partners.
• Promote Mirabaud AM’s investment capabilities in a consultative manner and manage the full sales cycle from prospect identification to mandate acquisition.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and activity tracking using the firm’s CRM tools.
• Collaborate with Investment, Marketing, Operations and senior management to prepare client meetings, roadshows and tailored materials.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of successful sales or business development experience, preferably in asset management, wealth management or fund distribution.
• Strong understanding of investment products and the Swiss asset management market, with existing or developable network among banks, wealth managers and family offices.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive hunter mentality with high intrinsic motivation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage senior decision‑makers.
• University degree; investment qualifications (CFA, CAIA, etc.) are a plus.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) proficiency.
• Microsoft Office suite.
