About the role

A luxury jewelry and timepiece salon in Zurich is looking for a Sales Executive. The role combines client service, sales and visual merchandising, with full-time activity and a start as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service with superior product knowledge and create a welcoming shopping experience
Build strong client relationships and networks, act as an ambassador of the brand, and take part in pre-selling events
Reach and surpass sales targets
Support the team and help run the salon daily, including presentation and storage
Carry out day-to-day visual merchandising, maintain displays and report on them

Required profile

Strong experience in luxury retail, jewelry and timepieces
Strong knowledge of and passion for diamonds and precious stones
Bachelor's degree and Graduate Gemologist qualification are a plus
Fluent German and English; Swiss-German and other foreign languages are a plus
Flexible to retail working hours
