Sales Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Palace Luzern is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue and market share for its iconic luxury hotel. You will work closely with senior leaders, represent the hotel at events, and develop strategic sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and evaluate monthly sales reports and forecasts to identify market trends.
• Coordinate activities to increase sales and ensure performance meets or exceeds plan.
• Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, local clubs, and associations to enhance hotel presence.
• Represent the hotel at trade fairs, road shows and internal events.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and the Regional Sales Office.

Required profile

• Several years of sales experience in luxury hotel operations.
• Strong regional, national or international network.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Professional appearance, resilience, flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Valid driving licence.
