Sales Manager – Luzern Region

About the role

Worldline is looking for a Sales Manager to expand its client portfolio in the Luzern region. You will focus on medium and large businesses, advising them on payment solutions for both face‑to‑face and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a new client portfolio within the Luzern region.
• Support and advise businesses on their payment needs and solutions.
• Visit medium and large prospects regularly to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct cold‑calling based on database research and follow up leads from other channels.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Participate in networking events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong perseverance, resilience and result‑driven attitude.
• Precise administration and follow‑up of sales activities.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
