Sales Operations & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Seprify AG is looking for a hands‑on Sales Operations & Logistics Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash cycle and global product shipments. You will work at the intersection of finance, sales and supply chain, ensuring that sustainable materials reach customers on time, in full and with accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full Order‑to‑Cash process, from sales data validation to revenue recognition and payment follow‑up.
• Manage global sample and commercial product logistics, acting as the main liaison for shipment status and documentation.
• Process sales orders in Odoo/ERP, coordinate inventory, lead times and cross‑border shipping requirements.
• Maintain customer and product master data in Odoo, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Identify bottlenecks in order‑to‑cash or logistics and propose automation or ERP optimisations.
• Prepare finance reconciliations, revenue tracking and support audit activities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, logistics or supply‑chain administration.
• Hands‑on experience with customs documentation (HS codes, commercial invoices).
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process efficiency.
