Sales Operations, Supply Chain & Customer Experience Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical coordinator to support the growth of our pet protection product brand across Europe. The role focuses on demand planning, sales operations and managing customer service to ensure a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate sales operations across European markets, maintain product, pricing, customer and sales master data in SAP, and manage sales order set‑up.
• Support product launches, line extensions, promotions and discontinuations, and generate commercial reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Consolidate sales forecasts, submit replenishment requests, monitor inventory levels, and support monthly S&OP processes.
• Act as primary contact for retailers and distributors, manage order entry, tracking and fulfillment, and resolve service issues and customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Logistics or related field.
• 3+ years experience in sales operations, supply chain, demand planning or commercial operations.
• Fluent English and strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.

Required skills

• SAP (product master data, customer master data, pricing administration, sales order processing, SKU creation).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, reporting, data analysis).
• Experience with Power BI or other business‑intelligence tools (preferred).
