Salesforce Consultant (German speaking)

About the role

Andersen is seeking a Salesforce Consultant fluent in German to support an electricity transmission system operator. The project focuses on enhancing the Salesforce ecosystem, developing new CRM capabilities, and ensuring platform stability and scalability for the energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders across business, IT, and management.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, leading the full implementation lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing expert guidance on architecture and CRM strategy.
• Support continuous improvement of Salesforce applications, maintain comprehensive documentation, and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Consultant.
• Strong business analysis, requirements engineering, and stakeholder management skills.
• Upper‑intermediate English and advanced German language proficiency.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification.
