SAP Senior Consultant Service and Repair (CS)

About the role

Rieter, a textile machinery manufacturer headquartered in Winterthur, Switzerland, is looking for an SAP Senior Consultant for the Service and Repair (CS) module. You will implement and support SAP CS modules to meet business requirements, working in an international environment with long tradition.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP CS modules to support business processes and requirements.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements and turn them into SAP solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end implementation and support, including system design, testing, deployment and user training.
• Integrate SAP CS with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP and FI/CO.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CS functionality, performance and integration.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation such as functional specifications, test plans and user manuals.
• Keep up with SAP best practices, new features and industry trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing SAP initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or BTech, or a related field.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in SAP CS implementation and support.
• Solid command of German and English; strong written and verbal communication in English is a must.
• Ability to work in a team and independently, and to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP CS configuration, including pricing, billing, shipping and customer service.
• Hands-on experience integrating SAP CS with other SAP modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
