SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

About the role

You will design, configure, integrate and continuously improve SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur solutions, acting as the bridge between HR and IT to ensure seamless digital HR and travel/expense processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the SAP HR landscape, focusing on system stability, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Design, configure and maintain employee lifecycle processes in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur.
• Monitor system performance, ensure data accuracy and provide 2nd‑level application support.
• Oversee integrations using SAP BTP, SAP CPI, APIs and middleware, guaranteeing seamless data flows.
• Lead HR IT projects, translate business requirements into functional solutions and manage change initiatives.
• Act as trusted advisor to HR stakeholders, manage external vendors, SLAs and budgeting for HR systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, HR Technology, Business Informatics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP HR systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors.
• Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Employee Central, Payroll, Time & Attendance).
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
