SAP TM Consultant & Architect – End-to-End Logistics Role

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant/Architect specialized in Transportation Management (TM) to join an international logistics team in Switzerland. The role offers full ownership of the SAP logistics solution, from architecture through implementation and ongoing operations, with English as the working language.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and operate the SAP TM solution, ensuring end‑to‑end logistics coverage.
• Lead the transition to SAP TM, evaluating basic and advanced options and defining the future landscape.
• Participate in the upcoming S/4HANA upgrade, shaping process harmonisation and innovative projects.
• Coordinate external consultants, manage change requests and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as primary contact for business units, supporting key users and steering projects with full accountability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP TM (basic or advanced).
• Proven experience in implementation projects and supporting business units/key users.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
