Seasonal Operations Team Member – Winter Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our seasonal operations team in Switzerland for the winter period. The role involves hands‑on equipment maintenance, logistical coordination and quality assurance to ensure all assets are ready for upcoming field activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform seasonal maintenance, inspection and quality control of equipment, including bicycles and related gear.
• Support overhaul, cleaning, repair, organization and storage of equipment throughout the winter season.
• Assist with inventory tracking, documentation and maintenance records.
• Coordinate operational workflows, monitor timelines and uphold quality standards.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on maintenance and operational projects.
• Participate in winter projects such as kit assembly, software updates, warehouse organization and logistical support.
• Maintain safe, organized and efficient workspaces.
• Collaborate with operational teams to adapt to changing priorities and seasonal business needs.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clear communication skills and ability to follow and give instructions.
• Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and workflows.
• Interest in bicycle maintenance, mechanical work or operational coordination.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 22 kg to waist height and 15 kg overhead.
• Eligibility to work in the EU through citizenship or a valid work permit.
