Senior Account Manager

About the role

As a Senior Account Manager / Senior Production Manager you will be a key member of the Production & Account Management team, working closely with the Team Leader, Strategic Savings Project Lead and senior stakeholders such as the Head of Strategic Operations and Client Partner. The role is hybrid, supporting a client in Vevey, Switzerland, with weekly on‑site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, high‑spend strategic production projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget outcomes.
• Manage end‑to‑end workflow across sourcing, supplier management, production timelines and quality control.
• Maintain disciplined use of tools, systems and governance processes.
• Partner directly with local clients on strategic briefs, translating commercial and marketing objectives into production solutions.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders and build strong relationships with suppliers and client teams.
• Support the Team Leader with governance meeting preparation and QBR inputs.
• Own commercial objectives, identifying cost‑optimisation and efficiency opportunities.
• Assist in rate‑card development through accurate specifications and supplier engagement.
• Ensure compliance with defined processes, raise improvement suggestions, and improve campaign calendar visibility.
• Maintain high accuracy in documentation, reporting and financial tracking, sharing best practices across markets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in print, POS or production management (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of marketing production and the sourcing value chain.
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and high‑value projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in French and English; additional market language a plus.
