Senior Accountant – Multi Family Office Administration Lead

About the role

We are seeking a senior accountant to lead the accounting and administrative platform of a new‑generation multi‑family office in Geneva. The role combines rigorous accounting with high‑level service for wealthy families, overseeing group entities and private‑client affairs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full‑cycle bookkeeping for all group entities and client companies, including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, expense monitoring and inter‑company postings.
• Lead the selection, implementation and optimisation of the accounting system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or WinEUR), designing workflows, reporting processes and internal controls.
• Drive the integration of AI‑based tools to streamline recurring processes and reduce administrative friction.
• Prepare timely financial statements, management reports and support tax compliance.
• Provide administrative support to private clients, managing insurance, contracts and other day‑to‑day structural needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior accounting roles within family offices, wealth management or similar high‑net‑worth environments.
• Strong autonomy, attention to detail and ability to operate in a lean, high‑standard setting.
• Excellent judgment, discretion and service‑orientation.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP such as WinEUR).
• Advanced bookkeeping and financial reporting.
