Senior Aircraft Mechanic – Systems Integration (Switzerland)

About the role

We are looking for a senior aircraft mechanic to lead a small team on the aircraft assembly line in Stans, Switzerland. The role combines hands‑on system integration work with technical leadership for a minimum three‑year period, after which the employee may continue the career in Sevilla, Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and technically supervise 5–8 employees in the aircraft assembly line (systems integration).
• Support the team leader with workforce planning, evaluations, onboarding and team development.
• Perform assembly tasks, system tests, troubleshooting and corrective actions during system integration.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure production orders are completed on time while meeting safety and quality standards.
• Drive production and quality improvements and report progress to the team leader.
• Participate in projects or sub‑projects and provide regular status reporting.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training in aircraft mechanics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in aircraft assembly and system integration.
• Strong knowledge of integration processes and procedures, with proven troubleshooting ability.
• Leadership, teamwork and communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to commit to a minimum three‑year assignment in Switzerland.
