Senior Associate - Assurance Asset Management (FY27)

About the role

PwC is hiring a Senior Associate in its Assurance line of service, within Asset and Wealth Management, based in Geneva. You will lead the planning, execution and completion of audits under Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS and other relevant regulatory frameworks for clients in the asset management and banking sector, coordinating international and shared service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead audits across Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS and other regulatory frameworks for asset management and banking clients, ensuring compliance at every stage.
• Coordinate international and shared service teams and foster clear collaboration.

• Strengthen stakeholder management through complex, challenging projects and special assurance engagements.

Required profile

• Solid expertise in Swiss audit and accounting standards, including experience with asset management, banking and financial services clients.
• 3-4 years of experience managing and supporting complex audit engagements end-to-end, ideally in an international environment.
• At least 3 years of experience collaborating with Shared Services or BPO organisations.
• Strong analytical thinking and independent stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French.
• Coaching and team development competence in a global audit context.
