Senior Atlassian Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Atlassian Administrator to join a collaborative technology team in Switzerland. You will be responsible for designing, administering, and continuously improving the Atlassian ecosystem—including Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Assets—to support business‑critical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Assets for engineering and business teams.
• Design and maintain complex workflows, permission schemes, issue types, field configurations, dashboards, and reports.
• Develop automation rules and scripts to streamline internal processes.
• Build and troubleshoot integrations with GitLab, Slack, Google Workspace, HR systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Provide technical guidance, user training, and workshops to drive adoption.
• Coordinate platform updates, releases, and vendor support while ensuring stability and security.
• Contribute to long‑term platform strategy and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience administering Atlassian Cloud products.
• Strong knowledge of Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud architecture, permission management, and security schemes.
• Proven ability to design and maintain complex workflows, screen schemes, and notification schemes.
• Experience mentoring users and delivering training sessions.
