Senior Auditor – Financial Services (Geneva)

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Auditor to join its Assurance Service Line in Geneva. You will work with national and international banking clients, helping to build trust through high‑quality audits and regulatory reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide transparent, clear, and consistent audit opinions on clients' financial statements.
• Report audit findings to regulators such as FINMA, covering prudential topics like AML, suitability, and corporate governance.
• Enhance client confidence by delivering audits of the highest quality and offering insightful business perspectives.
• Develop trusted client relationships and contribute to high‑performing audit teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Audit, Corporate Finance, Business Administration or Economics (Swiss degree is a plus).
• Possession of a certified public accountant qualification (Swiss CPA, DEC, ACCA or equivalent).
• 2‑3 years of external audit experience; Big‑Four background is an asset.
• Experience with Swiss regulatory audits is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal French; English and German are strong assets.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive outlook.
