About the role

We are seeking a Senior Back-End Engineer with deep Java expertise to join a technology‑driven team in Switzerland. You will help design, build, and optimise robust, scalable, and secure backend services that power critical business operations and complex workforce management processes.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior back‑end engineer or Java developer.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, distributed systems and scalable design.
• Experience building and maintaining enterprise‑level applications in production.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural, remote‑first environment.
