Senior Backend, Frontend 3D & Data Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Neodustria, a deep‑tech company building Europe’s next‑generation Industrial Intelligence Platform, is hiring senior engineers for three critical areas: backend architecture, frontend/3D engineering, and data engineering. All positions are fully remote and full‑time, targeting candidates with at least five years of experience who thrive in high‑performance, large‑scale environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement highly scalable, cloud‑native backend services in Go, including event‑driven architectures and messaging pipelines.
• Develop complex React applications and advanced 3D visualizations using Three.js, WebGL/WebGPU, and Unity, delivering CAD‑like user experiences.
• Build and maintain large‑scale ETL/ELT pipelines, data acquisition systems, and analytics dashboards to power industrial datasets.
• Participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, and mentorship across all engineering teams.
• Ensure performance, security, observability, and data quality throughout the platform.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the respective domain.
• Proven track record of delivering production‑grade software in a distributed, cloud‑native environment.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
