Senior Brand Creative Designer (Full-time)

About the role

Swatch is looking for a Senior Brand Creative Designer to join its Marketing Design Team at the headquarters in Biel. The role combines visual design, motion design and print production expertise to shape the visual language of campaigns and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the advertising team to develop concepts, mood boards, sketches and visual references aligned with Swatch’s brand identity.
• Prepare technical print files, oversee quality control for Out‑of‑Home and large‑scale print campaigns, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Design layouts and visuals for print, digital and social media, supporting marketing, press releases, events and other departments.
• Create motion graphics and animations for digital platforms, web, in‑store displays and social media.
• Work closely with Public Relations, Retail Marketing, Sports and Communications teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
• Maintain and enforce Swatch’s visual identity across all outputs, ensuring consistency and high quality.
• Review and optimise digital assets for both print and online use, managing colour and file specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic and motion design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual, print and motion design expertise.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with motion graphics and animation tools.
• Deep understanding of print production processes and pre‑press requirements.
• Knowledge of digital file preparation, optimisation and colour management.
