Senior Brand & Graphic Designer

About the role

As a Senior Brand & Graphic Designer you will shape and evolve the visual expression of the AO brand across all channels and touchpoints. You will work closely with corporate communications and business functions to enable high‑quality, brand‑compliant communications.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality visual assets for digital and print, including presentations, infographics, campaigns and corporate communications.
• Manage and evolve AO brand guidelines, templates, design systems and the brand portal.
• Support governance of design assets within the Digital Asset Management platform and monitor usage to improve findability and stakeholder experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex ideas into engaging visual solutions and provide design guidance and education.
• Leverage AI‑powered design tools and automation to increase efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Brand Design or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in graphic/brand design with a strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print excellence.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
• Office presence 1 day per week at AO Davos HQ.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Understanding of brand ecosystems, guidelines, design systems and templates.
• Experience with Digital Asset Management systems and brand portals (e.g., Bynder).
• Interest in AI‑powered creative tools and modern design workflows.
