Senior Clinical Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Senior Clinical Supply Chain Manager leads strategic planning, oversight and delivery of clinical supply chain projects, ensuring trial supplies are available globally and on time. This position drives operational excellence and supports continuous improvement of Clinical Trial Supplies processes.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret trial protocols and design end‑to‑end supply chain solutions, including demand forecasts, packaging plans and distribution strategies.
• Initiate and oversee packaging campaigns with vendors, manage Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems, and monitor temperature excursion plans.
• Lead client and vendor meetings, track budgets, ensure GxP compliance and conduct risk assessments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Clinical Supply Chain Management within clinical trials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Business or related field.
• Proven project‑management abilities and strong stakeholder‑relationship skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
