Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager – Swiss Payroll Advisory

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager to join Deloitte’s Swiss Payroll Advisory team within the Global Employer Services practice. The role supports multinational clients in managing payroll and compensation compliance across Switzerland, combining technical expertise with strategic insight.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on payroll and compensation matters, building trusted client relationships.
• Own end‑to‑end client engagements from scoping to delivery, ensuring high‑quality results.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the payroll offering.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices to strengthen the team.
• Drive continuous improvement by introducing innovative approaches to payroll service delivery.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience delivering compensation/payroll services to multinational clients or expatriates.
• Detail‑oriented with a proven track record of high‑quality client work.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative and committed to personal and team development.
• Strong communication skills in English and fluency in French or German.

Required skills

• Proficiency with payroll accounting systems such as Abacus and SAP.
• High affinity for Artificial Intelligence and emerging payroll technologies.
