Senior Consultant – Finance Optimization

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Finance Optimization team within the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice in Switzerland. The role focuses on supporting clients with digital finance transformation, combining finance expertise with process, data and technology capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support digital finance transformation projects, including ERP/EPM initiatives, automation use cases and finance data and analytics workstreams.
• Analyse and improve end‑to‑end finance processes such as Record‑to‑Report, Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay and FP&A.
• Prepare and facilitate client workshops and produce high‑quality deliverables.
• Assist finance and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope and value, and support project management and governance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–6 years of experience in consulting or finance transformation.
• Exposure to ERP/EPM implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, fluency in English; German or French is a plus.
