Senior Consultant (Independent Contractor)

About the role

AlleTrust is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to work as an independent contractor. You will lead client engagements, perform operational assessments, and design performance‑improvement strategies that drive sustainable change across industrial organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end client projects and coordinate with leadership teams.
• Conduct thorough operational assessments and analyse performance data.
• Design and deliver actionable recommendations and tailored improvement frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions in industrial settings.
• Collaborate with clients to embed lasting performance and safety improvements.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in the local language and English (candidates in Poland, Thailand, the Netherlands or the UK).
• 10+ years of operational or industrial experience with a proven record of driving execution improvement at the management level.
• Experience delivering training or learning programmes in an industrial environment.
• Ability to operate at the intersection of leadership development and operational performance.
