Senior Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors (HR)

About the role

As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice, you will act as a trusted advisor and technical leader on SAP SuccessFactors projects, helping Swiss and international clients redesign their HR operating models and drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and deploy SAP SuccessFactors modules covering core HR, talent management, learning, compensation and analytics.
• Manage complex client relationships, serving as the primary contact for high‑value engagements and ensuring successful adoption.
• Translate business challenges into innovative SAP SuccessFactors solutions that deliver measurable talent acquisition, performance and learning outcomes.
• Establish best‑practice implementation approaches, optimise configurations and contribute to thought leadership on HR technology trends.

Required profile

• University degree (advanced degree such as Master’s or MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations across multiple modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, organisational structures and the role of technology in HR transformation.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German; French is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally.
