Senior Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join a fast‑growing digital organisation in Switzerland. The role is fully remote and sits at the intersection of data engineering, analysis and strategic storytelling, supporting leadership, finance and operations with actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasting models for revenue, headcount and overall business performance.
• Transform historical and operational data into forward‑looking insights, highlighting risks and growth opportunities.
• Design, build and optimise dashboards using Power BI, Looker, Tableau or similar tools.
• Create standardized reporting frameworks for marketing, media spend and core KPIs.
• Automate manual reporting by building scalable data pipelines and integrating multiple data sources.
• Manage data workflows with Supermetrics, Google Sheets and Apps Script, ensuring data integrity and quality.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in a fast‑paced digital, agency or DTC environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, high‑ownership setting.
