Senior Design Engineer – Analog IC

About the role

Monolithic Power Systems is seeking a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to join its sensor product line in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. You will drive the design of mixed‑signal building blocks from concept through silicon validation.

Key responsibilities

• Define design targets, partition blocks, and perform transistor‑level design and layout supervision.
• Conduct circuit design of mixed‑signal blocks, analyze performance, and optimize for yield, reliability, and functional safety.
• Collaborate with digital teams on system architecture and with overseas teams to develop production test flows.
• Document designs, create test plans, and evaluate silicon in the lab.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in analog/mixed‑signal circuit design and IC development.
• Strong background in signal processing and sensor applications.
• Proven ability to work independently while coordinating with analog, digital, layout, and test engineers.
• Fluent English communication and willingness to travel occasionally.
