About the role

The Senior Director of Creative Apparel Marketing will act as the primary brand partner to the creative and product leadership teams. You will translate product design vision into a unified brand language and ensure all marketing initiatives align with global priorities across fashion, performance, and contemporary culture.

Key responsibilities

• Define a long‑term, multi‑year architecture for the apparel creative function, establishing a consistent global identity.
• Transform product creative direction into compelling brand platforms that resonate with diverse global audiences.
• Lead high‑impact campaigns and collaborations with talent, designers, and cultural voices.
• Set and monitor KPIs such as brand health, cultural relevance, and portfolio value.
• Inspire and manage multidisciplinary creative teams, including art directors, copywriters, and spatial designers.
• Design the global operating model for apparel brand creative, clarifying roles between product, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Serve as the main interface between the creative function and executive leadership, communicating strategy, performance, and talent needs.
• Prioritize brand initiatives to focus resources on the highest‑value growth opportunities and ensure creative synergy across categories, channels, and regions.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive experience in brand management and creative direction within premium sportswear, fashion, or luxury sectors.
• At least 8 years managing director‑level leaders and overseeing complex, multi‑category portfolios.
• Proven ability to build 5‑year strategic plans and align C‑suite, regional presidents, and cross‑functional executives.
• Strong creative intuition rooted in design, culture, and the intersection of art, architecture, and sound.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity while delivering executable frameworks for global teams.
