Senior Director of Revenue Management

About the role

The Senior Director of Revenue Management will lead revenue and yield strategy for The Park Gstaad and Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva. Based in Gstaad and reporting to the Commercial Director, you will drive pricing, forecasting, inventory, segmentation, distribution and overall revenue optimization across both luxury properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing, forecasting, inventory, segmentation and distribution strategies for both hotels.
• Lead Total Revenue Optimization, identifying opportunities to maximize overall revenue and profitability.
• Conduct performance analysis, revenue‑related budget planning and lead Revenue Strategy Meetings.
• Monitor demand patterns, market trends, competitor performance and business mix to mitigate risks.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance and operational leadership.
• Coach and develop the Revenue Management and Reservations teams and foster a data‑driven culture.
• Support pre‑opening revenue readiness for The Park Gstaad, including systems and performance measurement.

Required profile

• University degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in hotel Revenue Management, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Proven multi‑property experience and strong analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English and German and/or French.
• Legal right to work in Switzerland (Swiss, EU/EFTA citizenship or valid work authorization).

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, data visualization).
• Experience with IDeaS G3 RMS, IDeaS RevPlan.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS, Power BI, STR, TravelClick or Lighthouse.
