Senior Ethical Hacker – Cyber Risk Services

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a senior ethical hacker to join its Cyber Risk Services team in Switzerland. You will work with clients across various industries to identify vulnerabilities in applications and infrastructure, helping them stay ahead of cyber‑criminals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform penetration tests for web and mobile applications and conduct other security assessments such as code reviews.
• Document findings in clear, high‑quality reports, present them to clients and explain remediation steps.
• Share expertise on projects covering red teaming, secure software development and attack‑surface management.
• Participate in team problem‑solving and contribute ideas to address client issues.
• Support business development by assisting in proposal creation, understanding client challenges and designing appropriate solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cyber security, preferably as a penetration tester.
• Active participation in CTF events, Hack The Box or bug‑bounty programs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field with a strong academic record.
• Good understanding of the OWASP Top 10; certifications such as OSCP or OSWE are a strong advantage.
• Software development skills and experience in vulnerability management are a plus.
• Fluent in English; fluency in German and/or French is a strong advantage.
