Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

Jet Aviation is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to lead reporting and controlling activities across its EMEA business. You will work closely with the Senior Manager Finance EMEA, providing insight‑driven analysis that supports strategic decisions in a fast‑paced aviation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate actual results and forecasts under US GAAP during month‑end close; perform revenue and profitability analysis.
• Prepare monthly management reports highlighting performance, variances versus budget and prior forecasts.
• Drive the forecasting process, ensuring accurate calculations and alignment with management expectations.
• Coordinate and present the local budget to senior management.
• Monitor financial performance of multi‑year projects, including margins and cash flow.
• Enhance reporting tools to improve transparency and departmental profitability.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance in Basel for group reporting deliverables.
• Support audits and provide SOX controls documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in reporting and controlling functions.
• Strong business and financial acumen with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented team player.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (including VBA is a plus).
• SAP and SAP BW.
• Group reporting tools such as Hyperion.
• Knowledge of US GAAP.
